A player’s age on July 31st of the current year shall be the player’s age for the coming season.

Ages:  5-6-7
Certification weight:  35-75 lbs.
End of season max. weight:  84 lbs.

 

Division:  MITEY-MITE
Ages:  7-8-9
Certification weight:  45-90 lbs.
End of season max. weight:  99 lbs.

 

Division:  JR.  PEEWEE
Ages:  8-9-10 and [11* older/lighter]
Certification weight:  60-105 lbs.

Highland Colts Football & Cheer Registration

All Registrations held at Manana Park – 1310 Waimano Hm Road

May  15 – 4:30 to 6:30 pm  Football:  Mitey Mite, Jr Pee Wee, Pee Wee, Jr Midget & Midget

CHEER (ages 5 – 11) – Registration accepted all dates & times as listed above

Requirements to register:

1.  Parent with a valid ID or legal guardian with proper guardianship papers (original & 2 copies) must be present to register.

2.  Participant must be present for weigh in and signature

3.  Original Birth Certificate & 2 copies submitted on day of registration – original will be returned after Pop Warner Certification date set for July.

4.  Valid medical insurance card & 2 copies (military 2 copies of ID) submitted on day of registration.

5.  2012 – 2013 year end report card must be submitted upon availability with all pages completed.  (Report cards are mandatory to remain registered and to participate.  Present original with 2 copies, submittal meeting date TBA), can be submitted at any future confirmed registration day but not later than July 17, 2013 between 4:30 & 6:30 pm.

6.  Physical completed on the official 2013 Pop Warner Form (provided at registration at Mañana Park once the form is confirmed & provided by Oahu Pop Warner) physical form must be dated 2013 and signed by physician.  Due on or before July 17th, 2013 between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.

7.  Cost $350 (minimum deposit $200 required at registration (cashiers check or cash only).

Palama Scorpions Football

April 1 through May 31 (except State Holidays) – 1:00 pm to 4:45 pm @ Palama Settlement

Requirements:  child must be present at time of registration for weigh in and league photo ID

Registration fees:  $175 at time of registration.  $200 balance due at association Parent meeting in July (time/date TBA)

$100.00 Deposit returned with receipt of ALL equipment/uniform in “favorable condition”; notice of scheduled dates to return equipment will be made prior to last game of season (Deposit to be returned at team banquet).

2.  Original Birth Certificate & 1 copy of same

3.  Copy (front & back) of current Medical card

4.  $150.00 deposit (cash only)  Total Cost $325.00

 

Aiea Eagles Football Registration

All Registration held at Halawa District Park from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm

Required at registration:

1.  Parent or Legal Guardian with valid ID and proof of residency

2.  Participant

3.  Original Birth Certificate of participant + 2 copies

4.  Medical Insurance card + 2 copies (For military 2 copies of Tricare is required)

5.  Registration fee:  $290.  A deposit of $150.00 per participant required to secure a roster spot.

Each participant must be accompanied by a legal parent/guardian.  Please be sure to bring all necessary documents.  Failure to provide all necessary “registration requirements” will prevent you from signing you child(ren) up with our program.

Football Officials Training Available

The Hawaii Football Officials Association (formerly ILH) and the Oahu Interscholastic Association (OIA) are looking for people interested in learning to officiate tackle football games. Classroom training starts in June. On the job training begins as early as August. GREAT part-time job!

Persons interested in officiating Pop Warner Football Games for the 2011 season please contact Lillian Napuelua at oahupopwarner@yahoo.com   Games are on Saturdays and Sundays.  Trained and qualified football officials will train all volunteers at no cost to those who volunteer.
