CHEER (ages 5 – 11) – Registration accepted all dates & times as listed above
Requirements to register:
1. Parent with a valid ID or legal guardian with proper guardianship papers (original & 2 copies) must be present to register.
2. Participant must be present for weigh in and signature
3. Original Birth Certificate & 2 copies submitted on day of registration – original will be returned after Pop Warner Certification date set for July.
4. Valid medical insurance card & 2 copies (military 2 copies of ID) submitted on day of registration.
5. 2012 – 2013 year end report card must be submitted upon availability with all pages completed. (Report cards are mandatory to remain registered and to participate. Present original with 2 copies, submittal meeting date TBA), can be submitted at any future confirmed registration day but not later than July 17, 2013 between 4:30 & 6:30 pm.
6. Physical completed on the official 2013 Pop Warner Form (provided at registration at Mañana Park once the form is confirmed & provided by Oahu Pop Warner) physical form must be dated 2013 and signed by physician. Due on or before July 17th, 2013 between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m.
7. Cost $350 (minimum deposit $200 required at registration (cashiers check or cash only).

The Hawaii Football Officials Association (formerly ILH) and the Oahu Interscholastic Association (OIA) are looking for people interested in learning to officiate tackle football games. Classroom training starts in June. On the job training begins as early as August. GREAT part-time job!
