My name is David Kamalani. With your permission, I am writing this inquiry to all Pop Warner Head coaches. There is a prestigious football camp called Football University which is taught by NFL coaches. The camp will be held at the Aloha Stadium Jan 22-24th. FBU is seeking for elite athletes from grade 6th to 11th. These athletes that the coaches might suggest will be evaluated on skill level and go through a selection process which will determine if the athlete gets an invite to this camp. Here is some of the reasons why this camp should be considered for your elite players……….
1. The coaches are coaches from the NFL.
2. Scouts from various Colleges are in attendance.
3. Techniques are up to date.
4. Elite athletes are assembled in one place, raising the bar of skill to a whole new level.
5. Participants will have exposure on Rivals.com and will have their video profile made available through the Forbes Report to as many as 400 colleges.
6. Athletes are able to have a first hand experience on successful work ethics that will prepare them for the next level.
7. Have athletes compare and evaluate themselves with other elite athletes.
8. No non-sense type of coaching.
9. A ratio of at most 1:14 coaches to players
10. It gives these elite players to have a better chance to be recognized.
I will be glad to talk to anyone who might be interested to attend. It would be advantageous for us to provide our kids, especially from Hawaii, an avenue to succeed.
